A card usually works only in the country or account region shown. An order is paid only after OxaPay reports the required blockchain confirmation. Payment confirmation starts manual processing; it does not create an instant code.
Guest checkout needs one email. That email and the USV- reference can track the order, while a one-time secure link opens the passwordless account. Refund eligibility depends on whether payment is confirmed and the code has been delivered or exposed.
FAQ answers explain the current workflow, not a universal rule for every issuer. Read the product country, currency, region, denomination, activation instructions and linked official terms together. “In stock” means the manually managed catalog currently accepts the order; it does not mean a code has already been generated. “Payment detected” is not “paid,” and “paid” moves the order to manual processing rather than instant delivery.
A region mistake should be reported before delivery whenever possible. After a code is exposed, support must determine whether it can still be canceled, and issuer policy may prevent replacement. If a transfer is late, short, duplicated or sent on the wrong network, use tracking and submit the transaction ID rather than paying again blindly. Answers are revised when official evidence changes; the revision date and source remain visible.
