Check the card country, currency, use region, amount and restrictions before adding it to your cart. Guest checkout asks only for the email used for receipts, updates and delivery.
OxaPay creates the real payment session and shows the exact coin, network, amount, expiry and confirmations. Only a verified confirmed payment moves the order to manual processing; no gift code is created automatically.
After payment, the order page distinguishes awaiting payment, payment detected, confirmed, manual processing, delivered, canceled and review states. Keep the USV reference and the checkout email: together they open guest tracking and support. A passwordless account link may also be requested by email; it expires and should never be forwarded.
Send only the asset and network shown in the live OxaPay session, before its expiry, and verify the full address in that session. A wrong network, late transfer, short payment or duplicate transfer can require reconciliation and is not proof of a completed order. Support may request the transaction ID, but never a seed phrase or private key. Every material change appears on the order timeline so the customer can verify the next required step.
